  • Consulting - M-Focus employs application consultants that are experienced professionals with in-depth knowledge of their particular field of expertise such as Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Accounting & Financials and Information Technology. These consultants' primary function is to provide customers with implementation services that allow our customers to maximize the benefits of their ERP applications. We continue to put significant resources into our Professional Service Teams with a focus on continuing to streamline the implementation and consulting process of our application products and services. M-Focus provides on-site consulting services for applications and implementation. Our consultants are trained to guide customers in determining the preparations needed to implement ERP applications, and will help you address the critical issues and solutions to ensure the transition to ERP applications is as smooth as possible.

  • Customer Support - Customer Support is a technical resource for your software which is available through the telephone. Customer Support support officers will register all of your questions concerning the operation of application products. We will assist in identifying and resolving any software problems. Customer Support support officers will compare your problem with other cases in order to determine if it has a ready solution. If it has, they will inform you of the correction methodology. If the problem is unique, they will report the problem to our Professional Services Teams for correction.
